eSynch Corp. (OTC BB: ESYN) announced it has signed a ""Letter of Intent"" for the acquisition of HyperDisk Media Inc. (HDM), an Irvine, California-based developer of global digital communications solutions. HDM was formed in March 1995 to leverage its expertise in digital technologies through the development of Internet-based solutions for broadband.
